Tours operate rain or shine, except in extreme circumstances like natural disasters, security threats, or unforeseen situations that could impact safety.

Cancellation Policy

Here’s what you can expect regarding cancellations:

• Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date.
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the tour date or for no-shows

Rebooking and Modifications

Adding Guests: Adding guests doesn’t require rebooking and only incurs the additional guest fee.

Changing Tour Dates or Activities: Modifications are subject to availability and confirmation. Email us at [email address removed] for changes.

Prepaid Activities: Modification fees apply if your request affects activities requiring pre-purchased tickets (e.g., Louvre Museum, Versailles Palace, Eiffel Tower) or booked transport (boat cruises, train tickets, private transfers). Details will be provided upon receiving your modification request.

Rebooking Fees:

• Free: Modifications made 7 days or more before the tour date.
• €99: Modifications made 3 to 6 days before the tour date (inclusive).
• €199: Modifications made 1 to 2 days before the tour date (inclusive).
• New Tour Fee: Modifications made on the tour date.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at your meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins. Lateness may affect the tour pace or stops. In cases where lateness significantly impacts the experience, it may be considered a “no-show” with no refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed through your original payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Expect refunds within 7 business days of cancellation.
• A booking fee may be deducted from your total refund amount.
